Project Services

In the field of Power and Railway Systems etc., we support the multinational companies, mainly the Japanese in procuring and executing projects and contracts.

We operate in various stages of the project beginning from conceptual stage to completion on a flexible scope of work.

We have participated in prestigious projects in India. We have extended our services to Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Japan in executing Srisailam pumped storage power station project (6X190MVA) and in Rail Transportation projects (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) in India.

We operate as extended arms of Design and Project Management divisions of our customer and support during the various stages of project such as contract negotiations, drawing and design approval, schedule and schedule monitoring, interface activity, type and routine testing, erection, in handing over equipment to customer, testing and commissioning, warranty period, maintenance, spares supply, overhaul etc., and for any after sales service. We provide our engineers to take up the site testing and commissioning and ensure obtaining customer acceptance.

We support in logistics (in land transport, import and export) and in attending the insurance claims. We can internally undertake execution and management of the construction work of utility buildings.

We establish and run project offices and administrative set up. We run contracts and projects.

We provide support to our customers in commercial, tax, contractual matters etc.,

We provide full support to expatriate engineers of our customers for Visa, living accommodation, travel/ transport, tax matters, health concerns etc.,
